South Central Electric Association (SCEA) is a member owned rural electric cooperative with 4,700 members in southern Minnesota.  SCEA serves members in Watonwan, Cottonwood, Martin, Jackson, Brown and Blue Earth counties.  Our goal is to provide safe, reliable and affordable electricity to our members.
